It has free leaves that allow opening in both directions, thanks to a drive mechanism that fulfills both the push and pull function. The swing door can be an outside door, it often gives access to public places, or an interior door to move from one room to another. It can have one or two free leaves, the latter are sometimes half walls that are pushed as doors called “saloon”.
Use of the swing door
There are two main types of swing doors: automatic and manual. The first open on your arrival and close alone. Their operation is ideal for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
